How to order on our website

  • Our product catalog is divided into categories of items. Browse through the catalog, select your desired item and add it to the shopping cart. After you have added the items, click on Checkout at the shopping cart. You will be asked to register a membership account or simply continue as guest. Fill in the necessary purchase information. Process to select your choice of shipping method and payment method.

Shipping/Delivery/Pickup

  • Upon confirmation of order and payment, we will ship the product to your registered address if you choose to have it delivered. Freight options will be based on your preferred method of delivery. We include delivery insurance for all deliveries. You can also choose to pickup your order at any four of our agent locations.

Payment methods

  • We currently supports Paypal, Credit Cards, Bank Deposit, and Cash on Pickup.

Promotions and Prices

Warranty Terms

  • We offer the standard warranty terms offered by the manufacturers. Warranty period begins the moment the product is sold. We will help the warranty claim process anyway we can. It is imperative that you begin the warranty claim process before it expires. We will not process any warranty claim after the warranty period expires.

Order Cancellations

  • We offer order cancellations process. Order cancellation has to be done before the product is shipped. We have a standard 3 days postage and handling period. Order cancellation will not be possible upon your receipt of shipping note and tracking number. You will need to refer to our return and refund policy after this.
